Press Release Body = BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) has today announced that
it will be re-branding its world renowned BOMBARDIER* ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) to
Can-Am. (www.can-am.brp.com).

BRP has successfully developed its range of ATVs for utility, leisure and sport
markets since it entered the ATV industry in 1997. Following continual development,
BRP has now selected its existing Can-Am brand, which was previously a motorcycle
division of BRP, as the new brand name for its ATV range.

Can-Am was introduced in 1973 with a range of motorcycles encompassing the TnT
(Track and Trail bike) which was an instant success. Shortly after the brand was
introduced, Bombardier assembled an all star motocross team in order to prove the
reliability and durability of the brand and the ROTAX engine, a concept that is
familiar in the company today, with the DS650 reigning champion of the Paris-Dakar
Rally for the last 3 years. Can-Am then lead the way in the Cross Country and
National Enduro Championships, proving that the Can-Am motorcycle was at the head of
its game.

Following the success of the ROTAX engine on the motorcycle scene, BRP moved into
the ATV market, first developing the TRAXTER™ ATV for the utility and agricultural
markets and later the DS™650 ATV, the Dakar race-winning model, for sports
enthusiasts. BRP’s dedication to designing and developing an extensive range of ATVs
meant that it became the first manufacturer to offer a purpose built 2-seater ATV,
with its MAX series. The desire to innovate continues today, with the recently
introduced most powerful ATV currently available on the market, the OUTLANDER™ 800
H.O EFI.

The ATVs from BRP are distributed in the UK and Eire by Jets Marivent, Managing
Director Paul Francis comments, “We are pleased to be working alongside BRP
throughout this important development, which illustrates the consistent growth and
strength of the ATV range. BRP’s experience has enabled its product range to evolve,
enabling the production of some of the most innovative ATVs on the market.”

BRP will present the new 2007 range of Can-Am ATVs from 6th to 12th May in Meribel,
France.

“We look forward to presenting the 2007 ATV range shortly, which will carry the new
Can-Am branding and will continue the BRP company ethos to introduce the best ATVs
on the market, offering high performance, power and passion for the ultimate riding
experience, with some exciting new additions,” adds Paul.
